Véronique Degbomont, Founder and Managing Director, has over 30 years of professional experience in Luxembourg, more than 25 of which dedicated to HR management services and consulting, following 4 years in the banking and financial sector.
She was notably in charge of HR services and training at SD Worx for 5 years, having previously progressed to Senior Manager level within KPMG HR Advisory Services over 9 years.
For numerous companies across various sectors in Luxembourg and neighbouring countries, Véronique has successfully led projects focused on change management, HR strategy and HR process management.
Holding a degree in commercial and financial sciences combined with a teaching qualification, Véronique brings recognised expertise in facilitating training programmes and development pathways on topics ranging from HR management (e.g. recruitment & integration, talent & performance management) to team management and personal development (e.g. management & leadership, train the trainer, running meetings, public speaking).
Her communication and adaptability skills enable her not only to qualify client needs but also to focus on achieving results for the people and organisations she supports.
Véronique has been certified in the D.I.S.C.© behavioural assessment tool since 2008.
She has since conducted individual and group development and coaching assignments based on this tool.
Véronique is also a certified practitioner in the Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach (2013), the VIP 2A personality inventory (2014), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (2020) and B-Leader (B-Corp methodology, 2021).
Co-founder of Look Up Now, she also brings Arpeggio's expertise to bear on Ecological Transition, supporting companies in their sustainable transformation journey.
In this perspective, she has been initiated to the métaNATURE© method (2025), a human support approach in resonance with nature, drawing on environmental psychology.
Séverine Schwander, HR and sustainability expert, consultant and trainer, brings nearly 25 years of experience across various fields of activity in Luxembourg.
She has notably worked as an HR Consultant and Trainer at SD Worx, served as Head of the SD Worx Learning Center, and operated as an independent consultant for 5 years.
Her professional career in HR management spans most areas of the field, from administrative & legal matters to change and transformation management, including recruitment management, training, development and performance.
She served as Head of HR for the Innpact Group until August 2024, designing and facilitating development pathways for people managers and covering numerous aspects of communication.
She designs and delivers training on a wide range of development topics, with a particular focus on skills and career management.
Séverine has been certified in the D.I.S.C.© behavioural assessment tool since 2007.
She has since carried out numerous training, development and coaching assignments for managers, employees and teams.
She obtained her diploma in CSR Audit and Analysis in 2008, trained in the "2030 Glorieuses" journeys in 2024, and develops tools for frugal, regenerative innovation and sustainable transformation. Her B-Leader certification was validated in January 2025.
She has developed a coaching concept based on the Ikigai method, integrating various personal development tools.
Catherine Lastré, PCC Coach, trainer and coach since 2002, has over 30 years of professional experience, primarily dedicated to training, individual and team coaching, and managing teams of practitioners in these areas.
She was notably a founding member and CEO of the non-profit organisation Méthode Travail Performance, a coaching institute for higher education and university students, managing a team of 35 freelancers delivering over 4,000 hours of individual coaching per year.
As Founder and Managing Director of Coaching & Learning Connections, Catherine has coached and supported numerous entrepreneurs and managers on a wide range of topics, from strategic alignment and business vision to change management, managerial culture and leadership development.
She holds a diploma from the Canadian coaching school Coaching de Gestion, is ICF certified at PCC level, and is a certified practitioner in the Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach (2012), the VIP 2A personality inventory (2016), BrainBased Coaching and NeuroLeadership.
With extensive experience facilitating training sessions and workshops for leading consulting firms, Catherine is also certified in the D.I.S.C.© 24x7 behavioural assessment tool (2025).
